Start The Year

It's a New Year and it's always a good time to start anew. 365 days, whatever. We mark a new year on January 1st so the rush is on to start a new diet, new habits and a new life. The truth is this;  no matter what you decide to do, if you do it for six weeks, you'll succeed and you'll see results. That's why all the adds say, results in six weeks. Yes you will see a dramatic change if you stick with anything for six weeks. The trick is the first four weeks which is thirty days. If you can make the first 30 days you will form a habit and the next two weeks will be relatively easy.
The hard part is those first 30 days. But get through it and you'll lose weight, quit drugs and save your marriage. The main thing is to make your goal your total focus for four weeks. It really isn't easy. Simply it isn't but if you make your mind up you can do it. They sy one day at a time and blah, blah but think in terms of making the new habit, habit for at least thirty days. Then you'll be on to something. No magic. No better offer. No but wait there's more. Thirty days and you're on you're way. Good luck. I'll be honest. You'll need it.
